We have an Art Show at the church in June that celebrates the creative, God-given talents of our congregation and our neighbors.

The Seasons of Our Congregation

Northern Minnesota is a beautiful place, no matter what the season and we delight in the wonders of God's creation. We occasionally get a glimpse of a bald eagle flying past our windows during worship on Sunday mornings.

Corn-ival

We head outside for our Corn-ival that is held on a Saturday near the end of August each year. This is a mission fund-raiser for us, all of the proceeds go to mission projects. There's plenty of good food, including corn-on-the-cob. We have a silent auction, a flea market, a cake walk, and activities for kids. It is a little bit of a family reunion for us. Volunteers, friends, and extended family members join us for Corn-ival. We have a great time, even if it rains!

Celebrating Christ's Birth

We celebrate Christmas as a congregation by offering a free Living Nativity program. Congregation members and anyone else who would like to participate dress up in costume and head outside to the pavilion. The people in costume stand around a manger, creating a living scene portraying Mary, Joseph, the baby Jesus and the other characters in the Christmas story. Kids love petting the sheep and donkeys and we love to see their wide eyes as they take in the scene.
